Breakfast to dinner

The Garden Restaurant

Our open-air restaurant sits in the jungle garden, tables set among the palms with the breeze moving through. Island plates arrive from breakfast through to dinner — bright, generous and unhurried — cooked fresh to order and carried out under the green. Days drift easily between the dining room and the garden, the outdoor pool a few barefoot steps beyond.

Island Plates

The slow part of the day is a table in the garden: a plate built around the island and the season, something simple done well, and time to do nothing much at all. Everything is cooked to order, the way a holiday in General Luna should feel — and if you would rather not move, room service brings it to your room instead.

Into the evening

The Bar

As the light softens over General Luna, the bar is where the evening settles. Tropical cocktails come fresh and unfussy, garnished with island fruit, alongside cold beer and something long and cooling over ice. It is the easy close to a day on the water — the last seat to empty most nights.

Slow island mornings

Coffee & Matcha

Mornings here are meant to be slow. Specialty coffee, pulled with care, and iced matcha made the way you would hope — taken in the open-air restaurant with the garden coming up around you, or carried out to your terrace and lingered over half-asleep, which is rather the point. The day starts when you are ready for it.
