Fly into Sayak Airport via Cebu or Manila and the last stretch runs about 31 km south through the coconut palm road into General Luna. Tell us your flight and we arrange a car to meet you, until the jungle garden and the pool come into view.

- Where exactly are you on Siargao?
- In General Luna, the heart of the island, a few steps from General Luna Beach and a short ride from Cloud 9. Guyam Island lies 3.3 km offshore.
- Do you arrange airport transfers?
- Yes, on request. Sayak Airport (IAO) is about 31 km north; share your flight when you book and we arrange a car to meet you.
- How do guests get around?
- Bicycle rental is available at reception, and there is free parking on site. The desk can also help with rides to Cloud 9 and the island-hopping boats.
- Do the rooms have a private bathroom?
- Every room has its own private bathroom and is air-conditioned. Some rooms add a kitchenette and fridge, ideal for longer stays.
- Is there a pool and a gym?
- Yes. An outdoor swimming pool ringed by palms and an open-air fitness studio sit within the gardens, alongside a terrace, garden and the restaurant.
- Is there WiFi?
- Free WiFi reaches the rooms and the open-air restaurant, so you stay connected through your stay.
- What are your check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Luggage storage is available if you arrive early or leave late.
- Is smoking allowed?
